4.What’s our PCBA manufacturing productivity      

1) SMT productivity: 12 complete automatic SMT production lines, populating 14 million dots per day. 

2) DIP productivity: 2 DIP manual insertion production lines, assemble 0.5 million dots per day.

3) Hand Soldering: 2 hand soldering lines and solder 0.18million dots per day.

4) Box Build: 3 final assembly line / mechanical assembly where we can operate harness assembly, mechanical part assembly and housing assembly. Productive is variety depends on different products.

5) Testing line: 2 function test lines because we conduct 100% test before shipment. Test time is variety depends on different products. And we are capable to design and produce test fixtures and jigs by our own.
