Multi Finger Caliper(MFC)

SITAN CJ series multi finger caliper (MFC) as the part of SITAN Well Integrity Monitoring solutions which adopt mechanical detection fingers to detect the inside diameter (radius). From the small changes of measured diameter (radius), the user can judge the distortion, bending, pits, holes, cracks, inside wall corrosion and other casing defects in high accuracy.


The user can link various instruments in SITAN CJ series multi figure caliper underneath such as magnetic thickness tool(MTT), casing collar locator(CCL), Gamma ray/Temperature logging tool. When MFC links other tools, the tool string can measure horizontal and vertical split and casing thickness. Using imaging software, the MFC string can draw stereo imagery and imagery analysis outcome of casing deformation. Supply more data for evaluation state of downhole casing.
