Industrial Dry Powder Horizontal Ribbon Paddle Blender Mixer

Application and introduction:

Ribbon blender is an widely adopted powder mixers for various kinds of industry. It is with high efficiency and low cost of energy and quick mix. It is suitable and widely used in powder mixing ,powder-liquid, paste materials like slurries ,putty . food and ingredients ,Animal feeds ,chemical powders and so on.

How it works:

Horizontal ribbon blender is made by a U-shaped vessel, ribbon agitator blades and transmission components; U-shaped long body tube structure to ensure that the materials were mixed (powder, semi-fluid) in the cylinder body of the small resistance movement. The two ribbon blade moves towards opposite direction in the trough. Outer ribbon blade move towards trough center and inner ribbon blade moves to the center of trough ,Two blade rotates in a high speed and materials inside the trough will recycled by the blades in short time ,So It composed high efficiency working and no dead angle in the trough.

Ribbon mixer have an alternative design of the blades ,it is the paddle blade , The ribbon paddle blades will used when the materials is fried material or the total capacity is 20% less that the total capacity.

Other advantages :

Materials made by Stainless steel 304 or 316 ,can be selected.

Discharge valve . butterfly valve .flap valve ,ball valve are in option , Inside spray system for powder-liquid mixing is supported ,.

Heating system .Motor Ex proof .Vacuum system ,Cover  paddle agitator blades these are all optioned.

The horizontal ribbon mixer volume scale from 50-25000L .any capacity can be requested by customer.

Actual volume is 60% of total volume.
