Onshore Internal Pipe Line Up Clamp 

This series of onshore internal pipe line up clamp are used to align two pipes before welding in long distance onshore pipeline construction project. Suitable for straight seam, seamless, spiral welded steel pipes. The operation mode is pneumatic control.

The technical points and advantages of DP clamp:

  1. Input pressure≤1.5MPa; Working pressure: 0.5MPa-0.8MPa

  2. Compressed air as operate source: Max. pressure: 1.5MPa, Min. air flow rate: 650L/min.

  3. Grade capability to 20°, pipe radius which the equipment can pass through should be less than 38D(D is the specified pipe diameter).

  4. All pneumatic components are German FESTO.

  5. America Ingersoll Rand or German COPPER driving motor.

  6. The hose connections utilize cone sealing, using compressed hose covered by a steel wire protective layer.
