GLEN weld overlay flange

GLEN is a China special welding engineering company and perform weld overlay in various types of material (Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, CuNi 90/10, N08800 etc.) on discs, rings and flanges.

Weld overlay provides a surface protection which then allows the base material to provide strength requirements to meet codes and standards, allowing the equipment to operate in a cost effective manner.
ESW and SAW are the processes that are frequently used for the weld overlay of tube sheets or flange rings. Working together with two partners nearby, allows us to supply clad welded tube sheets and flange rings of high quality.

ASME-U, ASME-U2 and PQR’s according to European codes are also available.
